Bissell Vacuum Cleaners
My seat fabric has become full of a kind of fine dusty clayish dirt, the vacuum got some of it, but does anyone else have a method of getting this stuff out? Any good products to try? It’s dry and not really “ground in” so I figure it shouldn’t be too much of a struggle.
Compressed air and a dry stiff brush will loosen more of it up so you can vacuum it up.
If you have the time on your hands, a stiff toothbrush and some aerosol upholstery cleaner should solve the problem. I use Bissell spray-on upholstery and foaming carpet cleaners (2 different products), available wherever Bissell vacuum cleaners are sold. If you want to speed things up a bit, you could try a stiff nylon brush on a paint buffer at low speed.
