Compressed air and a dry stiff brush will loosen more of it up so you can vacuum it up.

If you have the time on your hands, a stiff toothbrush and some aerosol upholstery cleaner should solve the problem. I use Bissell spray-on upholstery and foaming carpet cleaners (2 different products), available wherever Bissell vacuum cleaners are sold. If you want to speed things up a bit, you could try a stiff nylon brush on a paint buffer at low speed.

What should I do?

_Take a depression quiz online (just make sure its an actual one and not a fake)
_You can also get these quizes at school.

Trust me. I needed almost two years to start exercising once more. Each morning I just want to stay in bed or at my PC, but I just force myself to think “That does me good. It helps me beat most of my problems.” I almost chant “It does me good.” in my head. So yes, it is not easy at all, but it sure beats swallowing pills.

I understand you’re trying to help but sometimes pills help…

What kind of exercising did you do?

Hm…I live in CA and yeah there prob are some programs i haven’t looked yet.
and i don’t know whether or not if i feel better right now…i feel like i want to get better but its gonna take some time..adn waiting is the hardest part along with trying not to go back to old ways of dealing with things..

The Sanskrit word ‘Prana’ literally means life-force and stands for the invisible life force or vital energy that is responsible for keeping the body alive and for maintaining excellent health. Pranic healing is a scientific ‘no-touch’ methodology which seeks to make balance in the flow of energy and open up the mind’s psychic awareness.

Pranic healing is a widely practiced art in ancient civilizations like India, Egypt and China. Today, it is one of the most distinctive and successful forms of modern-day holistic health care ever developed. In Pranic healing, the Prana is sent from the practitioner’s body to the diseased parts of the affected person’s body. The force stimulates the flow of blood, incites cells and tissues to restore normal activity, and allows the waste material to leave the body.

The Prana plays an vital role in the life of man because it exists universally and underlies all physical actions. It is a force directed from the central nervous system and can be manipulated by an effort of will. Thus it can be USED to facilitate healing. Every individual is believed to receive fresh dosages of Prana through food, water and air. This Prana is the energy received from a primal source, and everyone can increase his own share of Prana, or give it to others as a ‘gift’.

“The key to Pranic healing is a willing suspension of disbelief”, says Gin Chuk, a pranic healing Practitioner. The amount of Prana that an individual possesses can be increased through visualization. This is where the patient has to willing let go of his disbelief. For instance, a major part of the Pranic healing is for the patient to close his eyes and VISUALIZE the Prana flowing into him, circulating through the body, penetrating every part of it and dusting away the blockages.

Pranic healing places fantastic emphasis on right breathing. This is because it is believed that right breathing establishes equilibrium between the negative and positive currents in man. It calms the nervous system thereby regulating the heart beat, reducing blood pressure and stimulating digestion. Pranic healing sessions nearly always start with breathing techniques that guide the patient to envision the inflow of positive energy and the outflow of negative energy.

Pranic healing is a synthesis of all the healing techniques practiced in ancient civilizations. That is what has made it one of the most advanced and comprehensive methods of directing the flow of energy in the body. Prana is a common theme that recurs in the healing practices of various ancient civilizations, though it is known by different names.

China – Chi

Japan – Ki

Polynesia – Manna

Hebrew – Ruah

Greece – Pneuma

Pranic healing has identified three major sources of Prana – the Sun, the Air and the Earth. Exposure to these elements can greatly increase ones reserves of Prana.

Pranic healing, though effective and useful, cannot supplant conventional medical healing. But when it complements orthodox practices, it can work wonders. As a well loved method of alternative medicine, Pranic healing has saved thousands of people from pain, disease and even death.

Kites are in use all over the world since many centuries. Today, we know kite flying as a means of entertainment. But, in the past, it served various other purposes as well. During the Second World War, kites were used in boats as survival kits for the sailors. The sailors used to glide kites as a way to help the rescue planes spot ships that were in danger. Prior to that, Wright Brothers took the help of the kites to work out the design for their gliders.

Types of Kites
Kites can be broadly categorized into five different types. They are: box, winged-box, delta, sled and diamond. A kite is made from a thin and light wooden frame that is covered by a piece of fabric or paper. We shall discuss the main characteristics of these varieties of kites:

The Box and the Winged-Box Kite
This type of kite has been extremely well loved for years on account of its strength. It consists of four struts that are stretched vertically and horizontally to give a rectangular shape to the kite and to balance the structure. There are also pieces that run diagonally from one edge to another. The structure is wrapped up with fabric near the top and the bottom of the box kite in a manner that gives the appearance of two boxes attached to the main framework. The control string of this kite is attached at the top and bottom of the box frames of the kite, which runs down the main line. The winged box kite also has a similar structure. The only difference is that two additional triangles are joined as wings on each of the long side of the box frame and the strings run from the edges of these triangles and are not tied to the frames.

The Delta Kite
This type of kite can be most frequently seen in the sky. It is very light in weight and made of nylon. It consists of a triangle, extended over a small framed structure, with another smaller triangle added to its tail in one single line. The purpose of attaching a small triangle below the larger one is to give some extra support to the main delta.

The Sled Kite
The basic frame of this type of kite consists of a square structure with two huge triangles protruding out from its two sides. Each side of the kite has a string attached to it, which is then joined to the main line. As a result, it is relatively simple to control this kite in the air and is very well loved among the kids. If some long wafts are tied at the bottom of these kites, then it adds up to the elegance and beauty of these kites.

The Diamond Kite
This type of kite has a classic design. Here, the fabric is cut into the shape of a diamond. Thin pieces of wood or plastic are glued around the edges of the fabric in order to give the kite a proper structure. Two lines, one from the top and another from the bottom, run down to form one single control line. Quite often, streamers are attached at the end to provide stability to the diamond kite.

Kite flying is a traditional yet an extremely well loved pastime across the globe. It requires skill to glide kites. Once you start flying a kite, you can see for yourself that you have gained so much of knowledge from each of your kite flying experiences.
